We met up with our client to discuss the needs and ideas for the project and once the client was happy with the information and guidance offered by ourself to bring their ideas to life, Pyramid the commenced the architectural plans and 3d visualisations to prepare for the planning application. To support the application Pyramid Architectural Design were required to provide ecological assessments, design and access statements, land contamination survey and agricultural reports.
The client was involved in every change made and any updates to the plans until they were completely happy with the finished drawings. They were then ready to be sent to the Local Authority, Redcar & Cleveland for planning approval..
We made this process easier for our client by submitting the planning application and liaising with the council to ensure the application ran smoothly. We have continued to update our client on every step of this process. Planning permission was granted within a timely manor and this project is now under way.
