Linthorpe Road is a four-story, new build development located in the centre of Middlesbrough. The property will include a mix of 18, high-end, luxury student flats and a ground floor of six commercial units. This project is being undertaken for a returning customer who was pleased with the previous work that we had completed.

The student accommodation will take up the upper three levels. The plans are for these flats to be serviced units rather than self-contained. They’ll each include a sharp and modern aesthetic with walnut brown, hardwood flooring and a built-in desk. Each apartment will also have its own Juliette balcony for an extra layer of luxury.

Since the apartments will be 400m away from Teesside university, they will be perfect for the student demographic that we are targeting.

The six commercial units on the ground floor will include the same level of opulence as the 18 apartments. These will be rented to local businesses who are looking for new office space. Each unit will have a separate entrance which will be different from the one that is used by the students.

Linthorpe Road’s exterior design is sympathetic to the adjacent doctors; surgery. It almost mirrors the surgeries design which makes it more accommodating to the needs of the council.

A car park and cycle store will be added to the rear of the property and can be shared by both the student and commercial residents. A luscious, class exterior, staircase weaves itself throughout the levels for easy access to each floor. For an added layer of accessibility, a central lift will also be installed.
