Nestled along the picturesque coastline, this 1950s house has undergone a remarkable transformation, emerging as a modern coastal haven that celebrates its breathtaking surroundings. The original property lacked character and cohesion, with disjointed extensions and a layout that failed to capitalise on its stunning seaside location. Our challenge was to integrate the existing structure into a cohesive, modern property that maximised the panoramic views of the North Sea.
Drawing upon our expertise in architectural design and structural engineering, we embarked on a journey of modernisation and integration. Extensive steelworks were employed to seamlessly merge the existing extensions with the main building, creating a unified aesthetic. The addition of glazed areas and a luxurious balcony with a terrace not only floods the interior with natural light but also invites residents to immerse themselves in the coastal landscape.
After 18 months of meticulous planning and construction, the transformation is nothing short of extraordinary. The once-dated property now stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful design. From every vantage point, residents can now enjoy uninterrupted views of the North Sea, creating a sense of tranquility and connection to the natural environment.
