Upsall Grange Farm – New Build Estate
A total of seven stunning detached New Build properties were
constructed on previous fields at Uppsall Grange Farm in
Nunthorpe.

This project in South Parade, Northallerton involved converting an existing two storey building which formerly housed an accountancy firm, into a contemporary salon and training centre.
The properties consisted of either three or five bedrooms – all with views of the popular and distinctive hill Roseberry Topping. Each two storey dwelling was extremely contemporary in design – both internally and externally.
The large, gable end of each property has double storey floor to ceiling glass panes, allowing in plenty of natural daylight and providing a feeling of space. Velux roof windows add further natural daylight to the hallway upstairs. The entrance doorway had a canopied overhang to add character and dimension.
Two upstairs dormer-style windows are in a Gothic arch shape which mimics the larger side of one house, adding a pleasing symmetry to the overall appearance of the property. A large dormer style upstairs window sits on to the rear of the properties, which are also landscaped at the back. Again, there were two storey floor to ceiling windows at the rear of the side of the property, in addition to sliding doors at the main living area in each.
